Sarah Hyland

Sarah Hyland was born to actresses Melissa D. Canaday, and Edward James Hyland in New York City. She began her career in the industry at age 4 , doing voiceovers and commercials. Private Parts was her first film. Then she moved to The Object of My Affection (1998) and then spent time in Another World (1964) as "Rain Wolfe" A child who was discovered in the park and fostered by Josie and Gary. Sarah was to work with Amy Carlson ("Josie") a few more times: Falcone (2000). Law & Order (1990). Law & Order: Trial by Jury (2005). Sarah was chosen to play the role of "Audrey Hepburn" in Jennifer Love Hewitt's The Audrey Hepburn Story (2001). The same year, she was named "Molly" in ABC's The Wonderful World of Disney: Annie (1999). It starred Kathy Bates, Audra Mcdonald, Victor Garber, Kristin Chenoweth and JoeGould's Secret (2000) as well as Falcone (2000). In addition to her work in television and film, Sarah studied voice, ballet, jazz, hip-hop, tap, Theatre Dance, and performed with her tap and Theater dance class in "Reel to Real" at Lincoln Center as invited performers.A born and raised in New York, Sarah spent much of her time working in television, film and voice-overs for radio commercials, as well as traveling with her father, Edward James Hyland, when he was employed at many different theaters in the country. Her mother raised her until she was 2 years old. older. Then she went to public schools. She was admitted in the 6th grade to PPAS (Professional Performing Arts School) and stayed there until 2008 when she graduated. Sarah was 18 when she moved to Los Angeles. She landed the pilot named "My American Family" within two weeks. After her acceptance and the pilot's name changed to Modern Family (2009). Sarah is currently the "Haley Dunphy", an eldest Dunphy children. Modern Family (2009) has been awarded numerous times, including the Emmy for Outstanding Comedy Series.
